During the past five years, Northstar Technical, Inc. developed a core technology for underwater sensing and communications. NEIK plans to maximize the commercial potential and to develop new applications of Northstar’s technologies for a spectrum of ocean industry end-users. NORTHSTAR NETWORK is our new venture for the defense and aerospace industry. The aerospace exhibition on September 8-10, 2000 was the first public forum where we promoted our full range of capabilities to the major prime contractors. These capabilities covered advanced electronic manufacturing, microelectronics design and software engineering. We aim to secure significant contracts on the $2.9B Maritime Helicopter Project and other major projects in North America and Europe.
